Serenata Strings features musical artists affiliated with the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra and the Manila Symphony Orchestra. Its resident musicians form the top caliber father-and-son duo of Lorenz Arquero on guitar and L.A. Arquero on violin. Lorenz began his career in music as a guitarist after his triumph in North Luzon's solo guitar competition. In the years since, he has become an MBA degree holder at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, but his love of music has prevailed. A member of FILSCAP (Filipino Society of Composers, Artists and Publishers), he composed and arranged the album Running Streams, produced by the Daughters of St. Paul. The young L.A. has inherited his father's passion for music: his skill had been honed by the world class master violinist himself Alfonso "Coke" Bolipata, also a company consultant. In high school, he was the concert master of De La Salle Zobel Symphony Orchestra. At present, he is being trained on the violin by another violin virtuoso, Ms. Gina Medina. L.A is pursuing Bachelor of Science in Music Education, major in Violin at UST Conservatory of Music.

Serenata's music ranges from romantic classics to contemporary pop-jazz pieces, with special fondness for bossa nova, samba and swing. Their brand of upbeat jazz music has delighted their clients who in turn give them generous referrals.
